At Arkuno, we are committed to honest and transparent pricing. This Pricing Policy outlines how product prices are determined, displayed, and applied to your orders. It also clarifies taxes, discounts, and adjustments.
🏷️ 1. Product Pricing
• All prices listed on our websites are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) as per Indian law.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change at our sole discretion without prior notice.
• The price applicable to your order will be the one in effect at the time of order confirmation.
📉 2. Discounts & Promotions
• We may offer seasonal discounts, promotional codes, or limited-time offers.
• Promotional pricing cannot be applied to past purchases.
• Only one coupon/offer can be used per transaction unless otherwise stated.
Note: Some discounts may apply only to prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable.
🔄 5. Price Changes
• Prices of products and services may change due to promotions, raw material cost, shipping fluctuations, or taxation.
• Orders once placed and paid for will not be affected by price changes made afterward.
📄 6. Invoice & Tax Details
• A GST-compliant invoice is provided with every order.
• The invoice includes item-wise pricing, discounts (if any), GST components, and total payable amount.
• If you require a GST invoice in a company’s name, please enter the correct billing details during checkout.

We take great care in pricing accuracy. However, in the event of a genuine pricing error:
• We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.
• In such cases, we will notify the customer and issue a full refund promptly.
